    Hey guys,

Wanted to introduce myself, coming from Toronto new 2017 DCLB TRD Sport + owner.

Initial impressions are: Like the interior, like the size of the truck, MMI is a little tricky with voice commands sometime. Engine is gutless down low, I test drove it and knew that - but I test drove a 2016 with 20k on it, and the transmission seemed to be much better adapted than my 2017 (2500km now) - hoping the learning continues because right now its still hunting for gears quite a bit.

A lot of skip in the rear end over minor jumps and the occasional slam when in the rear end when braking/decelerating - axle wrap? Tranny Slamming into a lower gear? Rear end skip then getting traction? Not sure. Hopefully nothing bad for the diff.

I'm happy with my purchase, it is a truck not a sports car after all (I came from a 2012 Audi S4, so it has taken some adjustment, but I was sick of using the sedan as a pickup so I got one.)

Did some rust proofing, bought some weather beaters and some clazzios - next step is probably to pick-up a Bestop or Softopper, not sure which one. Leaning towards Softopper as I hear the bestop can get tricky during the winter due to the windows. I do like the way the canopy looks on the Bestop with the windows out though, but won't be purchasing until the summer so I have time.

I derped the grill as I didn't like the grey chrome.

Happy to be a part of a large contributing community!
