2016 Tacoma Needle Bearing noise after lift?

    I don't believe what your are seeing are teeth it's a bearing so I'm guessing what may appear to be teeth are just the bearings so no I don't believe this would take away any part of the working wheel

    If I understand you correctly.....The stock needle bearing does in fact have bearings and looking at the from the end I suppose it could look like teeth but they are not. The replacement from ECGS is a bushing and does not use bearings. Im very curious about the longevity of this bushing but I do know that if I picked up the vib I would replace with the bushing instead. That is if I couldn't get my dealer to get it replaced under warranty.

    I have heard of guys running the ECGS for 20,000 plus miles with no issues

    Just wasnt for sure. Like i was saying, not very mechanically inclined above regular maintenance.

    Lifted my truck 1" on all corners and developed the bearing vibration, to me it sounded and felt like a set of mud terrain tires that were slightly cupped when slowing down and turning.
