P0705 on 2005 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner V6

Hello! My check engine light came on today and while driving back home, my truck had trouble going up a hill. I tried searching for solutions for the code, but I am really confused on what I should be doing to find and solve the problem. I was hoping I can get a little help on what to do with this code and find the proper procedure to fix the problem.
I have the freeze frame data here if that helps.

From The Tacoma Shop Service Manual:

It is most likely the switch assembly down on the transmission. They do at times get moisture inside and corrode / short giving false indications.

Either of the following conditions is met:

(a) Any 2 or more of the following signals are ON simultaneously. (2-trip detection logic)
• Park/neutral position switch input signal is ON
• R input signal is ON
• D input signal is ON
• 2 input signal is ON

(b) Any 2 or more of the following signals are ON simultaneously. (2-trip detection logic)
• Park/neutral position switch input signal is ON
• R input signal is ON
• 3 input signal is ON
• L input signal is ON

Trouble Areas

• Open or short in park/neutral position switch circuit
• Park/neutral position switch
• ECM
