I still like TinyTech's design for the back with the three generations of trucks.

 

I think the wheel designs end up getting specific to model specific etc.. if we're going for a one size fits all symbols need to be more iconic and generic I guess.

 

Must have skipped that page, that's a pretty sweet idea too.

 

You're probably right.

 

How about tire tread around the edge of the coin instead of ridges or smooth?
Now that I think about it its probably too small of an area to really get the details in it.

I like your design with the four symbols, and think you are correct. Chad already mentioned what about the SR5 guys!!! Throw in Sport, OR, Limted, Pro..........

something that represents everything.

 

They can do some patterns. Tire tread might work.

 

Depends on how it gets stamped. It might be doable for a single row of tread marks.

What about a shovel crossed with a hi-lift jack, pirate style, underneath a winch? Not everyone is a off-roader, but that would look wicked.

Right. That's what I am getting at. I have a handful of coins that are nowhere near round. Some in shapes of countries, some in other shapes. I even have one that is a spinner in the middle.

 

I received a pentagon-shaped coin from none other than the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs himself on a past deployment.

That coin lived in my pocket for all of 25 minutes.

Even an acute angle will destroy your right nut.

Round is safest on the jibblies.
