I bought my Tacoma with a set of the Fox/Fabtech FTS2200 coilovers on it. A few months back I had Mirage Racing completely go through them. However I have an opportunity to purchase a pair of SAW 2.5" coilovers from a friend for next to nothing. As of right now I have it set at about 2" lift with a diff drop but stock upper control arms.

I mainly use the truck as a daily driver but not a primary vehicle. I take it to Glamis, Ocotillo, and other offroad activities, but only to cruise around. I'm not interested in long traveling it or bonzing it hard, just a little minor duning and exploring.

The FTS2200's work well, but fade quickly in the whoops on Sand Hwy. I plan on adding upper control arms in the near future, but wonder if the SAW's would be a better option for me.

    What do you guys think?

The 2.5 SAW will be a better coilover and definitely help with the fade you have. I would personally go with them especially if you're getting a deal...but if you don't hook it up...haha.

The Fox/Fabtech are fine for very mild trails and street but any speed and they are useless.

Would be nice but ADS are not an option on the table right now.

Just got back from Glamis with the Tacoma. She duned well. But I think I'll be buying the Sway-a-ways. IMG_20170114_160505393_HDR.jpg
