I recently bought a pair of aftermarket LED foglights for my 2015 Tacoma (V-6), installed them, plugged into existing wiring, bought and installed foglight relay in fuse box, ensured the fuse box had the 15 amp fuse for the foglights installed, located the plug on the left side of the dash (popped out the blank) - bought a Toyota fog light switch - hooked everything up and the foglights won't work. I ensured the parking and or low beams were turned on, and still no foglights. Could anyone perhaps tell me what the problem might be - I'm not well versed in electronics and could use some help. Thanks in advance.

Do you have a volt meter? I would check to see if you gent power to the bulb, fuse, and switch. Theoretically one of these you won't have power to, but if you have power to all three, check the bulb.

Also, I know on my 2011 that mine won't turn on without the low beams on. I know you checked that, but it is still maybe an interesting point.

Thanks very much; I will check that next ..... I did note the switch on the dash for the foglights lights up when I turn the headlights onto low or parking light mode - so there's power to that switch ...
