I can confirm that after a month the kinks have disappeared.

Looks great! I had the same installed to my '15. Couldn't be happier with them!

One is real leather that needs to be installed by professional. You make an appointment with certified dealer who then gets your order. I believe you do not directly receive the leather seat covers. The other is a PU leather that fits over existing seat covers.

    It was ASC on Clark.
And your right, it was $1499. I should have paid closer attention to my bill:eek:

Looks good... ASC told me they have done a few Tacoma's lately. I am going to have them swap the drivers with the passengers so the Katzkin tags are on the inside beside the armrest.

Isn't the location driver or passenger specific, due to side air bags and their deployment out the side?

Yes, they use different stitching on the tag side to allow the airbag to deploy. Don't switch sides.

Do they and how do you know this? I doubt they use different stitching.... Using the same stitching on both sides for airbag function would make much more sense from a manufacturing standpoint.

They told me they use breakaway seams where the airbags are.

Did you keep the factory seat heaters? If so, were there any problems?

Yes you keep them... They work perfect. Between Honda, Subaru and Ford... I drive them all for work and personal. These by far are the best seat heaters I use... only ones I thought were better were from a 7 series due to the fact the side bolster had heat in them and I guess for 120K they should.

Lookin pretty sweet. But are they real leather because my research told me that ideally you want a simulated leather that actually breathes. And I can attest that real leather as I had in a talon many many moons ago, that shit stuck to you in a sweaty mess in the summers and was cold in the winters. The modern simulated leathers are where it's at. Oh and as far as price point goes. I just bought my wife a 2 year old rav4 from a toyota dealership and they're putting on a premium "leather" kit for $1000. PLUS word is if I hold fir a couple weeks and the dealer sends a few people at the same guy to their installer the price drops to $900 each. Even got my coworker and his 2011 taco interested and sales manager says no problem. I'd like to do my own taco but I'd rat her save for icon coilovers haha
