So, I installed my AFE Stage II CAI and HID Xenon Headlights last night.

    Lights: http://www.protuninglab.com/hid-pro-yd-tt12-lbdrl-bk.html

Everything works fine, check engine light is on as expected. Ran the diagnostics and its all from the intake install and can be cleared, no issue there.

Issue is my "Traction Control Off" light is now on with the check engine light and my cruise control doesn't work at all.

    Im stumped. Thoughts?

If the check engine light and traction lights are on then the cruise won't work

Have you checked the DTC to find out what the code is? Probably has nothing to do with the lights installed. The traction control usually comes on with the check engine light.
I'd start with disconnecting the battery. While the battery is disconnected pull the mass air flow sensor and clean it with crc mass air flow sensor cleaner. Also make sure the MAF oring is seated properly. Reinstall MAF reconnect battery.

@tacomavoyager Welp, got in my truck the next day and low and behold had no issues and everything works fine. Weird.
