Is there an actual clearance gap on the horizontal bar to the deflector? Is the bar still fully adjustable or just up to the deflector? Thank you for finding this as a solution. Also curious about the wind noise with the rack.

I have no wind noise with my rack

When I install cross bar I have tons of wind noise

When I put my Thule box on top of cross bar noise goes away

Man that looks nice. Can you take a pic from the front with the bar across? And a close up of the gap between the deflector and the bar?

Yeah that looks good, but I too would like to see a front shot of the crossbar clearance. Looks like it's sitting on the deflector.

Yeah thanks for the pic. That looks like it's just cleared the bar. Good to know that one fits.
