I have a silver Tacoma, and painted my steel rims black. I want to paint the Toyota symbol in the middle either red or silver to offset the black. If it matters, the lug nuts are black.
Should I do Red or Silver??
    Suggestions??

All the usual diesel truck mods- fuel system upgrade, programmer, CAI, intake manifold, j hooked waste gate
If your truck has any red in the decals then red would look good.

It should just pop off from inside the center cap. Then you can spray it or whatever.

Not sure how other Toyota rims work but the emblem in the middle of mine popped out kind of like the badge in the grill.

I have two red decals on my back windows, and the license plate frames have the TRD as red

No problems. I am going to stick frog tape on top of cap, and use a razor blade to cut away where the emblem is, then spray it red

Yeah I have sport wheels so that's how I thought they would be also.

I think that'll work fine. Maybe try red plastidip in case you mess up. Or get some model paint and a small brush

This is when they were dipped to see how the color combo would look.
Needs black lugs, but looks good as long as you have enough other red to tie into.

    I have this style

They don't pop off. They have plastic tabs melted down. Kinda like staring wheel emblem (on my tacoma)
