It's right. You got to fold the flap over again so the slot on the cover slides over the seat pan.

Take it to an upholstery shop. Might look fine once it's tucked in.

There's a slot on the edge of the Katzkin. Slide that onto the edge of the seat pan. There's only one way it can go.

I just ran into that and asked John he informed me that you just keep rolling the edge over till the plastic trim is hidden and then it will line up,
I thought the same thing as you but if you roll it under more it works and tightens up the cover and keeps the edges looking clean and hides the plastic, unlike the oem cover..

Will always give ya the best deal I can.. PM me directly with what you have in mind and I'll put something together for you. My FedEx shipping has increased this year so I may have to start adding a few bucks there?? I now pay just over $60 to ship to the East Coast :notsure:

Here's a shot at my seats courtesy of jhuey8947. Went with the TRD Pro look of putting the logo in the headrest. Still cold here on the east coast so it'll be a few weeks before all the wrinkles disappear. Working with John was an absolute pleasure and I highly recommend him to anyone interested in upgrading their seats to Katzkin leather. The leather is a perfect fit to the originals!

When I can afford some for my 06 Double cab, I'm thinking black edges, red center panel, red stitching and a custom seal on the headrests. No heaters needed...
