Tire size in stock Tacoma

    2009 silver Tacoma
    hey everyone, I have a stock 2009 Toyota Tacoma double cab sr5 4WD, all stock. I just got some FN FX PRO wheels in, 17x8 and I was wondering if I can run 265/70r17 with these wheels on my stock Tacoma? Will that tire size work? Much appreciated guys thanks!

    I'm running 265/65/r17 on stock everything with no issues. However I believe that's the stock size for the 17" rim.

    Not sure how much of a difference in height between the 65/70, but I've read on here that people are running them with no issues. Try searching, lots of info out there.

    I've got a '15 Sport, stock tire was 265/65R17. But there are hardly any tires in that size that I could find locally. Went ahead and went with 265/70R17, and I've ran into no issues. It's only very slightly taller, so I doubt it makes much of a difference. You can use the tire comparison tool on this site for more info:
