Hello everyone. First post here after lurking for last 5 months.

I recently purchased a 260k mile 1999 Tacoma ExtCab TRD 4x4. Have wanted one for awhile and finally found a good deal. spotless frame(AZ) except for ...

It has a very minor frame tweak on the front drivers side . One of previous owners bumped a tree. Drives straight but with wheels fully turned it rubs on bumps for a second(only on drivers side, I wonder if its the Tacoma lean). I knew that when i bought it since I got it cheap. This rub seems to have gotten slightly worse over the last 2k miles iv been driving it but not terrible.

Engine sounds great. Just changed oil, air filter, and battery.

Was finally able to afford one that I could slowly fix the few flaws as i drove it. Glad to at last join the Tacoma club.

Thanks all. Here are the pics. Been raining today so pictures aren't the best angles.

2 show the cross member where its slightly torn and the rail is about an inch out of place. Looking into routes for fixing currently.

EDIT: Id also like to add that I care mostly about functionality. Not really interested in fixing the body.
