Just put on some 265/75/16 k02s on my truck a week ago and now I'm thinking of putting some aftermarket wheels thay would make the wheels stick out a bit. Is it possible? Show me pics and specs of your wheels pls thank you

Why does everyone disapprove of the OR wheels? I think they look fine.

I do like em and wouldn't mind keeping them for a while but there are a ton of nice looking wheels out there that makes me curious what size would fit without any problems

Get a wheel spacer and they'll stick out more.

Because they look like snowflakes. Once tax return comes in, i'll be racking the stockers and hopefully never have to use or see them again

1" Spacers for stock TRD OR wheels with 5" BS(+25 offset) or aftermarket wheels with a 4.5" BS and zero offset.
Some don't like spacers because lots of people don't install them properly or buy low quality stuff. Two brands are popular and are highly rated. Bora and spidertrax are the two names most here seem to approve of.
One has more mechanical connections and adds a bit more weight with the extra steel studs and lugs, while the other eliminates that. Either one will load up your bearings and mess with scrub radius in front.

One is cheaper with more parts, while the other option is $$$$, with perhaps some aftermarket appeal?

    :notsure: Choose your poison...

They're one of the ugliest stock wheels I've ever seen. I've even entertained trading for a set of SR5 16s to get rid of them. But I'll just get the wheels I actually want to end up with eventually

I like those silver steelies too! I swapped my OR wheels out two weeks after I got the truck. Was in the same "dilemma" as the OP.

It's be easier on the budget to sell the stockers (seen them go for 700-900ish), but I always try to keep stock stuff. You never know when you're going to need it again, especially wheels/tires.

Also for the OP: I plan on getting Method NVs in 16x8 et0 (4.5" backspace) with 265/75/16 KO2s or Duratracs. No lift yet.

The JDM tuner in me really wants TE37s but it wouldnt really match the baja/overland theme I'm trying to go for

Be different, just do it. Once a JDM tuner, always a JDM tuner. Just get them in that blue. It'll look good with that MGM? that you have.
ihoopalot and soopreme are both JDM fans too, but they're sporting the bronze. I'm sure you've seen their pics on here.

I have, and they look cool because TEs are one of my favorite wheels. Just not sure I'd want that on the truck. I have my FRS I can be ricer with so I'm still ok lol

Funny, I really like the OR wheels, if the KO2 came in a C-rated 315/75r16 I would of kept them.

SCS offers Tacoma specific wheels, hub centric with a specific Tacoma offset.
