Front End noise

    I got a noise in my front end. Took it to shop and they checked and tightened everything on it. They can't figure out where the noise is coming from. When you are on a rough road or hit a bump it sounds bad. It's on the drivers side. Any suggestions?

    Bilstien 5110, 1" lift blocks, kenda klever m/t 32"
    Look up the steering columm shim mod. I did this and it quieted up my trucks knocking
