Unsuccessful dreams, I woke up every hour. Not sure that was the right gif.

 

So I've been working on clearing my workspace in the garage. A little while ago, I found a little red box under a bunch of old books. I opened it to find a bunch of coins inside, some foreign, some American, and some of them dating back as far as 1902.


Then I found an old silver dollar, stamped 1925. Thought "Oh, this is cool."



And then I flipped it over. On the back, my Grandpaw had written his initials.



CLF. Charles Louis Fenwick. The L is a bit worn off, but if you look close, you can see it. Showed my Dad, and he told me that it was Grandpaw's lucky coin, carried it throughout his childhood. Not gonna lie, I had a tear in my eye. I sure miss him. What a find. I'm gonna carry it in my wallet now. Maybe he can impart some wisdom upon me.

 

Annnd... I found a bunch of 9mm Luger rounds!
