Hey everyone!! Just in case you missed the thread. I'm in the final round of the TW Build thread of the year. There are five finalists (all of which have super sick builds). I am not trying to solicit votes. Just trying to make others aware that final voting is going on right now. I have done a bit to my truck this year and if you feel that my truck deserves Build thread of the year, your vote would be greatly appreciated. But only if you think my build deserves it! I'd love to win fair and square.

Here is the thread and you just have to click your thread of choice on the poll at the top.

Thank you very much! Have an awesome Christmas and Happy New year!

So far I have put on the new bumper and a 3 inch lift but I am planing on putting a 5 inch lift on my taco.
Ok so I live down here in North Carolina I have been here for a little over a year and I have always loved watching off road videos and I have gone wheeling once or twice when I was younger but that was with my Jeep at the time I am starting to build up my 2011 taco sport I have put a 3 inch lift on and a nice bumper to give him a little face lift. But because I am still pretty new to this whole thing I was wondering if you guys could give me any tips or ideas on where to go what trails would be good for a beginner and what else you think would be good to add to my truck to make him more off road worthy and durable.

Hey man! I’m not at all familiar with North Carolina trails but I believe @Mianotti from Tacomabeast did some trails out their recently. He may be able to chime in on some good ones to check out.

As for advice, you really need to just get out there and try. See what your truck can do. Get on some trail runs with some other TW members and lean as much as you can.

    Hope that helps.

Hey I'm in Hope Mills I go to Carolina beach and Kure beach grew up in Florida I know how to drive on the beach. Be careful of the mud around here some deep holes will swallow you. The beach is dangerous on the inlet side just air Down and stay in the sand great fun.
