I've been pulled over at least 20 times just for tint. None in the 4Runner though. Probably think momma needs to keep the orange slices cool.

A little while ago when everyone was talking HAM I had bookmarked some radios that y'all tagged. I just came across this brand watching Extreme Off Road and it seems like a complete kit. I'm still waiting for a class to work with my schedule to get certified, this ones looks like a similar size to the uniden 520 I Have and would be an easy replacement in my limited space for mounting. Thoughts?

Looks like they're just re-branding Baofeng products.

$100 off! Doesn't include antenna though.

They even have the $30 radio (UV-5R) for $72...

    EDIT:

It might be this one. Even cheaper.

Bay Area peeps. Eat this mans BBQ. For reals. It's burnt ends like the kind you have wet dreams about... And you can't find a caterer anywhere near here for that price. It's so legit. http://www.blackbeanbbq.com/#catering-santa-rosa

I have the Gen. 2 version of the BTECH Phil linked, looks as though they added a fan on the back for Gen. 3. Works great with the Tram 1185 mag-mount antenna. Use CHIRP software for programming.
