So, took the truck to the Trans shop, 202 Transmissions, and talked with Ron. Good guy for sure and very knowledgeable. He actually turned away the business because he did no want to take my money. He felt it was unnecessary to do the work. He believes if anything, its the Valve Body, more specifically, the solenoids or springs. Even though that would normally throw a code. We took it for a drive, he performed some tests and offered to do an additive for the trans, but since he wasnt sure it would fix the issue (as he didnt feel anything out of the ordinary during the drive) he didnt want to take my money.

So, with a clean bill of health, I am going to try and stop being picky about it. If it shows itself more than it does now (which after today, it might all be in my head) then I will contact IPT and really get into the details with them. Replace the solenoids and or springs and go from there. But, as of now, it doesnt affect the performance, so I will hold off.

Hey man, When you painted your cluster rings....Did they just pop off?? Or did you have to take that dash panel off and get behind there and unclip them?

Thank you man, pics are awesome as usual!!!

    Thanks my dude!

You need to pop the dash apart. Ill see if I can find the writeup. It's easy though! Couple clips and plastic screws, then you pop the rings out from the backside.

TONS! Lol was a good time. Wanted to do some snow wheeling, but just didn't have the opportunity.

And yes, for sure.. Im actually partaking as we speak.. Took today off.

Maybe! They're just clipped in. But I didnt want to risk breaking those clips. I popped em off with a flat head from the backside.

I need to change residency. Every pick up in California has to be registered as a "commercial vehicle" and then is taxed based on its weight.
