I'm considering going from factory 225 75 15's to 245 75 16's on my 1997 standard cab 4x4. My truck is currently set up all stock. I have two questions. Will the new tires/wheels fit as far as clearance and do all Tacoma wheels have the same bolt pattern through the years? Thanks for your help.

As long as you have a 6 lug tacoma yes you can easily go up to that size!

All toyota pickups use the same bolt pattern for the wheels...chevy 6 lug wheels will also work on toyotas.

That's good to know. Thank you. I looked at the tire size calculator which has good info but nothing about clearances.
