So today we get a late start because of the storm we had. Get up to flag and its snowing and the road is completely snow packed. Great. And its so much fun that when you come up on someone to pass them they decide ,nope, and after driving along behind someone for who knows how long, quite content where they are, they cut in front of me. Talk about nerve wracking Get up to load, of course this is a bitch. Get back down the hill, get unloaded, of course thats a bitch, grizzly keeps plugging up. Finally get unloaded and headed up the hill and I get a text from my buddy. "Whats your 20"? I tell him and he tells me "might as well pull off and take a break". Some asshole stole a pickup in phoenix and decided to lead the cops on an 80ish mile long high speed chase then crash and go off a 400 foot drop and kill himself. So of course the Arizona cops have to close the entire interstate for 3 hours.
    Jeez.
I was already depressed because of something that happened yesterday, now this.
    Things are going great. :frusty:

I used the biggest and longest electricians bit I have.
You'd think he'd get the idea after me doing the same thing a month ago.

When I headed out to walk the dogs, "Patches" {fuzzy cat that lives around the corner} comes looking for food. When we get back, she is still sitting by the front door. Annie is NOT fond of cats - she has always wanted to chase them. Patches has had a meeting with Annie before and surprisingly Annie has behaved herself. But Patches has always moved out of the way. Today, Patches won't move off the front "porch" (about 4' square) so I take the dogs up the steps and Patches hisses, but doesn't stop Annie from sniffing her. I'm surprised that Patches didn't swat @ Annie, just took the sniffing. I was expecting something from the meeting, but got nothing. Not complaining, just surprised.

Subway came across a groundhog one day while we were out in the woods for a run. The groundhog just rolled onto his back in shock, waiting to be attacked and devoured by a vicious Doberman.

Subway didn't have a clue what to do...

... so she licked and kissed the groundhog's belly for a good solid minute, until I called her off.

Groundhog just laid there in complete and utter disbelief that he was still alive.

    I wish I took a video.

    Funniest thing I ever saw.

What a nightmare. Hope the roads are better next time you have to go out. The snow falling almost looks beautiful here now after dealing with that damn ice. Almost.

Think I'm going to try and get my buddies truck on the way home tonight and see if I can attack this ice in my drive. If I don't do anything I'll be screwed the rest of the winter. Suppose to be around 40 today so I have one shot AFTER I GET OUT OF WORK.... Work always seems to interfere with important stuff.lol
    Have a good day all......
