2012 passenger seat recline lock broken

    Hi everyone,
    The seat back on the passenger side won't stay locked in any position. It pops up to upright but just push on it and it goes to full recline. Can hear a gear bumping/grinding as it goes down. I haven't looked at it yet because im not really into working on it, but I'm reasonably handy if I must. Anybody know what's up with this? Can I fix it?
