So, my 03 quad cab Tacoma didn't come with cargo rails on the roof, I want there to be some but I don't want to spend the money on OEM. Do you think one could be made from EMT conduit? It's pretty inexpensive material and I don't have the means to weld anything so that seems like my best option. Thoughts?

I'm trying to keep it as close to under $100 as possible.

I did @ERMB rack on my camper shell and I think it came out to right around $150 if I remember correctly. And that is completely bolted together, so you wouldn't need anything welded.
