Alright I have a dilemma. I currently have a 2" spacer kit on my Taco. The kit came with a dif drop but my CVs weren't at a bad angle after installation, so I didn't bother. Now I'm wanting to upgrade to 3" in the front with adj. shocks. I know I will need to use the dif drop when I go 3", but I found the other parts to the kit that I didn't use and I was going to ask if it was complete or if I need other parts or if some of it is not used. Here's what I have...

2.5 lift, the usual that goes with it. Work in progress.
Looks like a trail gear setup. If so yes all is there

Most of the time i believe the only parts supplied are the thick spacers and longer bolts. So yes youve definitely got everything needed!

    starting over from scratch
The smaller hardware looks like skid plate spacer (if you still have the factory skid)

Yeah it is, lil drop spacers and a tad longer bolts. I swear though a few years ago when i did a install that i didn't need that stuff fur whatever reason??? Its been a while, can't recall the exact reason, but im sure atleast in my case the new hardware wasn't required for skid install....
