Last thread for a while- too many questions all at once! My bad!

I found the JBL sub in the tacoma. I was thinking it would be neat to disconnect it, and run the wires into an amplifier -> a box, or an amplified box. Since it's the 4 door, what's the options for either boxes or amplified boxes?

Browsing the forums I noticed either people are removing the plastic behind the seats, and shoving the woofers back there. I also saw some people putting them under the seats. What's your take on it?

In my 4Runner i have a beefy 500 watt kicker in a box, with the separate amplifier. Not as much room in the tacoma to hide a box though. Looking forward to your opinions- again, this is my last thread for a while- no intention of flooding the forum.
