So I am looking at getting a set of upper and lower uniball lower control arms from TC at some point in time here to make my truck fully serviceable. I will Most likely be doing everyday driving and driving offroad a fair amount seeing as i'am moving to british columbia. My question is whats the longevity on the bushings and uniballs of this set up? As well as what should the replacement intervals be on that set up?

I gotta be honest here, I ran TC UCAs on my 4R and wish I had just kept the stock UCAs. Sometimes making something "serviceable" is answering a question no one asked. If you aren't going to be lifting like a crazy person and keep it at 3" or under, I see absolutely no reason to go to aftermarket UCAs of any ilk.

I regrease my all pro uniballs once ever month or two to keep them clean. They build up dirt fast. TO have cover which I wish I got now but oh well I'm always sticking my head in the wheel wells once a week cleaning my suspension or regressing to prevent rust.

Well i am already running light racing uppers and ive heard they have some issues with the ball joints popping out. Ive got 21 thousand kms on em and if i make a left turn from a dead stop ive got a slight click in the front end in 2wd. nothing typical of a front cv binding. mind you my truck hasn't face planted yet knock on wood! But my impression on the stock units is that once they need replacing then your replacing entire upper and lower control arms. It would be nice to be able to replace bushings and uniballs instead of whole parts. I guess id hope id get a few years out of those before having to replace em. noise isn't an issue to me.

I had about 40k when I replaced mine. They where super sloppy.. I also replaced them with stainless steel uni balls. They are much quieter and haven't greased them ever
