    People don't like talking to me about fitness since I'm fit (makes no sense) but I did get my degree in kinesiology and physiology in sports with an emphasis on obese/overweight population and the elderly

    Edit: what I am saying is I am always down to give advice. I went to school to coach people how to eat and exercise based on their specific needs. Not a trainer who went to a one day class that they bought a cheat sheet for and passed thinking they know everything about everything.

    I'd get to the page a few minutes early as the drops aren't always to the minute, keep refreshing, and it's not always at the top of the page sometimes it's 1 to 2 patches down the list even thought it's the newest. They always sell out in minutes so be fast.

    Same, I don't have near the credentials as you, but I have been an athlete my entire life, from 15 years in martial arts to playing football in college, mountain bikes etc... So I have always been fit and try to live a healthy lifestyle. That said, I am always happy to help out, answer questions, design a meal plan, whatever anyone needs.
