I feel like mine shine about 12' infront of my TRD Sport and that's about it. Can we aim these things? I keep hearing the stock ones aren't bad, sure there are better alternatives, but would rather try to get these working properly first.

Just curious, where do you want to shine them? I believe they are lights for lighting up the edge of the road and for others to see you through the fog.

Not sure if they are considered "driving" lights or not.

Any fog lights I've used before shined on the road to help you see. They are supposed to shine underneath the fog and light up the road. Problem with this truck is they are too high on the bumper vs a car. Mine barely shine infront of the hood of my truck.

true, they mainly focus their (very diffused) light toward the edges of the road both sides so you can focus on something in poor visibility. they are not designed to be focused at the center of the road or toward a common centerpoint.

They are actually the best stock driving/fog/ditch-illuminating lights I've had on a vehicle since my old Saab. If you aim them just a little bit higher, they'll fill in really nicely around the low beams, and you'll see a ton more at night. (and maybe get flashed a few times...)
