I currently have 265/65/17 with my 2" lift. I know I'm at least going to 70's but what about 75's? They wouldn't rub would they? ANy downside to 75's?

According to your current tires are about 30.6" tall. 265/75/17's would be 2" taller.

Yes, that is correct. Do you have an opinion on 75's, too big, might rub?

I dont think they would, you may have to lose the mudflaps. There is a trim guide somewhere on here that I've seen before. On the drivers side you have to trim a little bit out of the wheelwell and hammer a pinch weld flat. It sounds a lot worse than it actually is according to pics.

A 32" tire on a 2" lift should be fine. Especially if you don't wheel hard.

Not aware of any tires in that size. Next step up from 265/70R17 or 255/75R17 would most likely be a 285/70R17.

265/70/17's would look good with or without the lift and create the fewest downsides. I did a search for 265/75/17's with no match. A 285/70/17's give you 1" more ground clearance than what you have, 265/70/17's split the difference and cost less.

Stay with 265s. The downsides of going bigger outweigh the look factor.

Shit I'm going to lift mine sometime and I plan on staying with 245s

First off, I have 17" wheels, lol. But I could get a 255x85x17, why do you recommend the 255x85?

    Thanks

Anyone have 255x75x17 tires on their trucks? I would like to see pics of this size on a Tacoma.

I'm running 265/70/17 with a 2" lift in the front. I've had the lift for a little over a week and the tires for a little over two weeks. Strangely, the only time I've noticed rubbing was after the lift and when at full lock in reverse. It was very minor and only on the small micro mudflap in front of the tires. It only happened once and wasn't a bit deal at all. To answer your question, I'd recommend 265/70/17. Here's some pics for reference.
