    Yeah, we are imagining different scenarios. I was thinking two little "bumps" above the defrost vents that I sometimes get extending maybe 3-4 inches from the bottom of the windshield. I agree with you, if it is worse then maybe OP has a leak somewhere.

    So I dropped the truck off to dealership yesterday. Service Manager couldn't find any bad seals or such. Just told me to take picture/video if it happens again so he can bring it up to Toyota Corporate. SMH.

    PS: Kinda knew this was the response I would get from them.

    My 2nd gen had a condensation issue that turned out to be clogged windshield cowl drains. The water was getting in through the cabin air port and pooling in the blower.
