The pic of your cv axle shows a stock Toyota branded shock, not an OME

Just curious since the pick of the cv angle was a stock 4600.

Front view, photos don't do it justice either, should have my kid or gf stand next to it for size comparison. It turned out beautiful. Don't let people tell you things that can't be done when it's never been done or tested, yes I'm sure 3 inches is safest size, but guys will break stuff at stock height. things break when wheeling, I've owned numerous Toyotas, swapped out motors and done a lot of fab work I love it I do most of the work but have guys to help me and make sure we have 2 or 3 heads working together to come out with the best possible results. I couldn't be happier and will keep you guys posted on any issues, but this is a 2012 Toyota Tacoma and may not hear anything on this thread for years! (Knocks on wood)

Nobody keeps it because it eats up CV axles without any extra wear like offroading...they either go 6" or don't stack lifts

Stacking lifts is generally unsafe, and 4" binds your cv axles to the point of popping them when turning into a parking spot

Who's more reliable? a bunch of dudes who have a financial interest in your need for parts or guys on the internet who have seen all sorts of people try this type of stuff?

That shock pictured above is ABSOLUTELY a stock Toyota part.

When in doubt and without facts...call everyone haters

    Not an overbrander.
Why would an OME shock say Toyota on it? OP is in denial.

It's not stacking a lift man, it's a level kit to level the truck out. no different then putting one on a stock truck. by the way you are talking you are going off of what people say, like I said we will see about the problems won't we??? here I am posting to help educate others and show photos and I get a bunch of rookies talking crap. I'm sure you beat up every thread. lay off my nuts and go be negative on other threads bud

No offense at all OP, and not hating, your truck looks great. But those are defiantly pics of stock billies on the Off roads.

OP, you said you had a 2.5" Old Man Emu lift and put a 1.5" spacer lift on it. That's stacking lifts
