Damn. That is nice.

 

That add lists the truck as having a 2.4L. My understanding is that the 22RE motors are 2.2L engines, hence the "22" part of the name...

Also, its a beautiful truck, but $14K!? My first truck (vehicle of any kind actually) was an '85 Ext Cab Hilux in blue, very similar to this beautiful specimen. Cost me all of $750. Granted, it needed tires and paint, but mechanically it ran like it was brand new.

 

I know it's priced pretty ridiculously huh? Just cool to be able to see what one might have looked like when it was brand new. Makes me feel like I traveled back in time lol.

 

All it needs now is a DeLorean in the background...

I'd like to find another one of these beauties, and part it next to my 2016. Do a little compare and contrast.
