    2017 Tacoma Trd pro mt
    Have a 2017 taco Trd pro. 1300 miles smoke appears from left front wheel well. Dealer says I use my breaks too much. 3400 mi still smoking and with Toyota nat sales, dealer says my valve cover leaking. Problem solved? Yes, for 300 mi, it's doing it again. Now dealer says they are replacing left side cam towers. Any similar experiences? Any long term damage? Thx

    Don't think I've heard this one yet. Looks like all the problems aren't worked out on the 17's

    There is a few threads on here where you can post issues, and see other common issues.

    I don't think engine assembly issues are a common problem with the 3rd gen. You just seem to have gotten unlucky. Push corporate for an extended warranty if you keep having to go get it fixed.
