Hi I got a question, I have at 2008 4 door Tacoma. I just noticed for some reason I can shift into any gear from park, without pressing the brake. This is first time I have noticed it do this. Do you think there is a problem? I know at one point I had to get new u-bolts on something for the shifting in the truck had problem with that where it wouldn't shift or was hard to shift. Any advice is appreciated, thanks have a nice day.

Not normal, there is a safety interlock switch which keeps the "dog" or your "kid" from hitting the shifter and putting the truck in gear.
My first thought is the safety override is stuck letting the shifter move without the brake being depressed.
