Oh okay then they're not the same as mine. The sticker with the production date on them is in the same spot as in the picture on my leaf packs but since yours are installed you might not be able to see it. I didn't even realize they did away with the rubber bushings until someone pointed it out. I was wondering why they sent me 2 packs of the bushings.

I will be ordering a set of these in the next couple of months and if I know they'll be out, I'll specifically ask to see if they can get me the newer production/improved ones.

Teflon strips, 1/8 of a inch thick and you cut them the same width and length as the leafs, AT-205 spray sealer. And the only thing to do after is taking the leaf apart and sandwich the Teflon strips between each leafs and spraying the AT-205 each layer so its a good seal between the leaf and Teflon strips! work like a charm for me its been about a year now!

Well this thread is Awesome! I tried reading the whole thing but only got to #288 or so. I ordered Dakars from Wheeler's and they came without the front bushings. Michelle tells me that they just push in by hand. I'll find out when they get here.

But today, I'm going to disassemble the packs and get some EDPM, so I prevent the dreaded squeak. Thanks OZ!

Well...after reading more there is a zip tie fix. And some have no issues at all. Weird...

Go backwards from the end of the thread and you will find people are getting their springs drilled / punched and adding isolators , that is a more permanent and robust solution to this issue

Okay...much more to read. Are those front bushings a tight fit?

The bushings are not difficult to install
