It's near my passenger tweeter on the dash at least in that area, and no it's nothing in my glove box..

From what I've read in the past, some people experience this noise at certain temps. I think they said it sounded like chirping? Anyway, they found out it was the tweeter grill rubbing on the dash.

Well, certain Temps makes sense bc by the time I got home it didn't do it, which is amazing bc I got a quarter mile unfinished just gravel drive way.

Soooooo that being said I'd still like to stop it from doing it when cold as well.

Some people pulled the tweeter grill and just re-adjusted it so it wasn't right up against the dash? I havnt had the problem but read about it and was passing it along hoping it might help. I hate squeaks and rattles

Thanks for the solution... I have it and it sounds like .. well a rattle at the tweeter.. only in cold temps.. its freaking annoying... specially since I can't reach way over there while driving .. of course it never happens when I have a passenger in the truck.

Don't know if it will solve your problem but it's a known problem. Hope it works.

I have the very same noise .... My noise was the access door in the back of the glovebox. The access door is for the in-cabin filter.

Not sure about yours..Mine was passenger side, where speaker cover area meets the the pillar.. The noise got worse over time. I just put a piece of velcro in the little gap in between, and the noise is gone now.. I do want to hide the piece of velcro better, but it does work...
