My 4Runners been running for 18 years. I have some nice progressive springs and bilstien, but my bushings are looking pretty shot.
Are there any specific bushings to replace in order to improve ride quality?
I was unable to find a pack of bushings, so i'm not sure which ones to specifically buy.

I'd 2nd that, the control arm bushings. OE bushings last a long time, so you could check dealer pricing on them.

And new sway bar bushings (if you're still using a sway bar) tend to make a difference in "feel" of the ride.
