Can't tell if joking or just money bags... :D
The 65 qt was only another $20 or so but just more than I need for right now. Almost every product they have right now is on sale, it doesn't show the discount until in your cart on the RTIC website, but discounts showing on Amazon immediately. Not sure how much longer the sale is on for.

Yeah, 45 isn't plenty for weekend trips and if I go long hauls I can always refill the drinks. I was just looking at coolers for the trailer because I want the fridge to be just for food.

So now to decide between white or tan...

I seriously thought about the 65 but considering the extra size, weight, and the fact that on a trip in the truck it would only be just me + the wife. I went for the 45, bigger is not always better. At least that is what my wife tells me.
Just kidding she never says that :anonymous:

For reference mine is a 75. But it will need to hold over a family of 4.

Those soft side coolers look cool.

Thats what I though so I ordered one of the RTIC 20 Softpac's for $70 to pair with the 45 hard sided one. Hopefully I get it before this weekend's trip.

I work for Subaru, they do just fine but man are they slow. My wife drives an old 2003 outback, we took it to the "off road" area by the lake where everyone hangs out back home in Mississippi. I crossed a small creek that leads into the lake and everyone was looking at me crazy, after that my buddy riding with me was like "oh this is where you'll get stuck up here" it was some really deep loose sand that no one drove through. I felt it slip some but never missed a beat, this was 4 people in the car and stuff in the back. I wasn't beating it or really off roading it, but subarus are very uncommon in the south and practically no one has an AWD car so everyone was so blown away that a car was doing this stuff.

I've never owned one, but always liked them. Probably will be my kids' first car. That Crosstrek had General Grabbers. I didn't even know they made them in that size!

Yeah I have serviced a forester that comes in like every other saturday. It is a 2015 Forester that already has over 130k miles on it, owned by a logging company that I assume does surveying and estimates for land they are about to log/deforest/cut. When they needed tires i suggested they get all terrains because I could tell they are always "off road" because of the mud and sticks hanging under it. It looks awesome with all terrains, the rest is stock. They put over 130k miles on a car in ONE YEAR! LOL wow!
