Ive been searching through TW for pics of 3rd gen tacos with roof racks and only for 1 thread.
How many of you have roof racks or baskets? I am thinking of adding this to my todo list. Please include pics if possible, brand, and if you recommend it or not. Thanks for your help.

Well I think I've narrowed it down. I know I want a platform rack system. It a toss up between Rhino Rack Pioneer and Prinsu Rack. Any other options? Any ideas?

I have Yakima roof racks installed with 58" roundbars. I can take pictures of our when I get back from vacation Tuesday.

I'd rather not think of all the $ spent :(
I went with the Prinsu after a lot of back and forth between brands. Zac on here was a big help. @zscott

That is an option. But they are more expensive.

I read some reviews that said they are very noisy. Did you have any issues?

I'm leaning more towards a platform type rack. Just think it would suite my needs better. With more tie off points and with not having to land on a cross brace it would be easier to haul stuff up there.

So after pouring over tons of pics. Comparing racks, prices, attachments etc... I am pretty sold on the Prinsu Rack. Just have to get a couple more questions answered before I can pull the trigger. Here is my list so far. Screen Shot 2017-01-31 at 11.02.54 AM.jpg
About $500 cheaper than a couple of the competitors.

Yep. Sorry-I didn't look very closely at your order. Prinsu had a bit of a wait time if I remember correctly. I had the frontrunner at my door within a couple of days. I don't know anything about the Prinsu so have nothing bad to say about it. I can say the Frontrunner is Bitchin'. I think you could pick up the truck with it. It is SOLID.
