windshield buzz after frame swap

    '13 TRD OR Double Cab
    It's not the notorious taco dash rattle! This is a buzzing sound outside on the windshield when I'm going over 50 mph.

    I checked the wipers, wiper arms, bug deflector, windshield trim and cowl vent.

    I just got it back from a frame swap and this is one of many new problems since the swap.

    I noticed I'm missing one plastic fastener on the cowl vent when I open the hood. Could this be the source of my misery?
