Removing seat belts (especially center rear bench)

I know that this might be an odd question but maybe might help others who need/want to replace there seat belt webbing, I'm assuming that the 4 seat belts are fairly simple by removing the B and C pillars. But the one that doesn't look as easy is the middle seat belt on the rear bench seat? Does the rear panel pop off and revel the mount?
