I thought this might be a fun topic to discuss for those who are into it, and if enough people contribute for others to get an introduction/inspritatiom to make changes as well.

I personally am big in maximizing my mental and physical health, be it through optimizing diet, stress reduction, sleep, exercise regimen, sun, etc as well as lifestyle manufacturing. Which basically means visualizing your most rewarding and purposeful life if there weren't any restrictors, then identifying what's stopping that from being realists and addressing it.

A popular author these days on the topic is Tim Ferris with 4 Hour Work Week and Tools of Titans but there are many other books and people out there who have been discussing the subject for countless years.

I'm a massive efficiency and research nerd. Love to optimize, optimize, optimize.

May sound like hogwash to most of y'all haha but I'm sure there's a few more people out there who are debt free and full time travelers or entrepreneurs of some sort as well.

I call it living life deliberately.

I'm 100% on board with eating health, exercise & having a plan for life. It hasn't always been that way for me. There was I time I worried about thing I couldn't effect & didn't address things I could. No more & not for a while.

Nice! Sounds like you've read Seven Habits of Highly Effective People ha.

Number one common denominator was knowing what you can affect and what you can't :)

It's freeing when you know the decisions your making for your life are deliberate and for the most part within your own control; no longer just frantically hanging on for the ride ha.
