Got my used 2015 Tacoma last March and just finished with lift, wheels, & tires. Added the grill in October with the OEM hood rack (darn thing whistles on me at about 80mph, working on that!). Replaced the headlights with some Spyder lights for Christmas from my loving wife. I should have gone with the HID but this weekend I'll be adding a new kit from Retrofit Source to upgrade to Morimoto HID's. I'd like to add a nice deep sounding exhaust (not too loud) next. would love some input on making this V6 sound a little tougher.Taco Lifted D Side.jpgTaco Lifted Front.jpgTaco pre-lift.jpg

I have those same wheels, what lift did you go with? What size tires are those?

I like the TRD exhaust. Nice audible feedback without being obnoxious.

    Hey men,

That is a very nice set up.
I have exactly the same taco as yours also white TRD. MY taco is lifted 3 inches high. Is your truck do the same?
I am planning to upgrade my wheels to 17x9 -12offset and wrap it with 285 70 17 Nitto Ridge Grappler but my concern is rubbing. Did you experience any rubbing when you put on those tires?
And also where did you get those Head lights?

    Thank you...

    Paul, first welcome....
Regarding your request for information on an exhaust...I currently have a 2014, Limited, duel cab, short bed. I've had several V-8's over the years, so, thought splitting the exhaust on my Tacoma would sound great, and, more importantly, look good. I was wrong on the sound. It looks great, and, I may be the only one on the Dallas Ft. Worth area that has that look.
However, I regretted splitting it the next day. I did a full, duel, using two, Flo-Pro Max (FPM-X52258) and had the tails exit under the bumper.
Again, I think it looked great, didn't care for the drone sound.
Perhaps one offered from Toyota, may work for you.. only my 2 cents..
