Kanati tires?

Bumping this thread to see what people have to say about these tires after a while if owning them. I am currently in need of some new tires but not a lot of room in the budget due to getting ready for school in a few months. With that being said I'm looking at the mud hogs in 35x12.50r17. What does everyone have to say about them

 

I'm fairly satisfied with my Mudhogs. I had them sipped before an off road trip last year and it made a huge difference. The trail had lots of icy switchbacks and I had no issues at all. On road traction has improved aswell.

 

I don't like to go with obscure brands when it comes to tires and safety, especially knock offs
