Whos rocking one? I just got a series 2 Nike+ 42mm. Not sure how I feel about it... thinking it's not worth it.

Looking for who's got one and what apps make it worth it. What are you using it for?

My wife and I both got them last year for Christmas. Both Series 2, 42mm for me and 38mm for her.

    We are really happy.
Text, email, stocks and weather are used daily but the real reason we are so happy with the Apple Watch is activity. The cheap knock off Watch bands on Amazon are nice and for $10 each are pretty good. I love this metal link band.

We have both become healthier, worked out more and lost weight since getting our watches.

I really love going running or going on a bike ride without my iPhone. I use the Watch and Bluetooth headphones and I can listen to music, get accurate heart rate/calorie tracking, distance and mapping of my workout.

In January I ran over 40 miles total.

Prior to getting this Apple Watch I was not a runner. I biked a bit.
The Apple Watch takes a little bit of your motivation to be fit and multiplies it x10.

Today I ran 4.5 miles. I haven't ran that far in 15 years.

    I have one.
I really like it but I'm not much of a watch guy. I'm actually thinking about selling it. I thought I'd like wearing one more than I do.

I've had mine since day 1. Preordered in April 2015 I think and it arrived in June. It's been through heck and back and still hasn't missed a beat. I wear it every day with the Product Red sports band (it's a 42mm space gray sport).

I find it useful mostly for notifications, calendar access, weather, and the like along with some of the fitness info it provides.

It's got some scratches nicks and dings all over but holds up well. Much better than my old Pebble did (plastic). It's value is entirely up to the owner and how much you can take advantage of it or if you just love tech like me I suppose. I also own a Moto 360 Sport for when I have an Android based phone on me rather than my usual iPhone. It's another good choice but not quite as feature filled. Though it has a flashlight app and an always on screen that is awesome. It can switch between being backlit and reflective for outdoor use.

I found it more useful over time as I got used it it always being there and checking my day via calendar or reading messages without pulling my phone out at dinner and such to see if they're important or not. Also took a few calls on it when washing the truck or when I'm otherwise unable to get to my phone.
