Hello everyone! I've been scouring the TW forums for a while now for answers about my 2016 Taco. After doing some mods I wanted to become official so I could give back. I have been driving Tacos for some time now and I love them. The only thing i dont love about my 2016 is the transmission programing and the whining it makes.

Toyota finally admitted some fault in the transmission and flashed mine with new programming. It is a bit better, but no power up front really, still mpg minded. It hunts for gears still too much on the highway as well. I lost patience in using the ect button lol and have just learned to accept it. Maybe one day they will make multiple profiles you can choose from for the transmission programing. I know it has power as is evident when I switch it to the semi manual side.

The whining they are saying is normal and that it's the fuel injectors, I imagine they will have a recall on those some time in the future.

I plan to post some info on some of the products I am using and ones that didnt work out for the members also. See you around.
