No it's from autozone parts store it has not ripped out on this one yet but I inspected it and it is starting to and if I can figure out the spacer for this if it has to be at a slight angle or not I can save it

No angle on spacer, you could even use washers temporarily until you find the sweet spot. Are you getting vibes or shudder on take off prior to it tearing?

Not really I have always had a slight vibration even when the truck was stock height ever since the fist support bearing was replaced but other than that I feel a vibraton yeah but not bad enough to do anything about

Gotcha. I know that the parts store replacements usually aren't that great. I've heard of Toyota ones lasting well over 200k.

My thought given the situation would be: start with a 1/4 spacer with your exsisting bearing. Check for addtional wear and if it's not getting worse with the spacer consider a OEM replacement and use the spacer.

Do I need to angle the spacer or just put it in and see what happened and see if it needs to be angled?

I'm wondering when the first bearing was replaced if they indexed the yoke properly to the T-case. 180 out would cause a vib and shudder lifted or not.

It sounds like your familiar with changing these, the first one I did I didn't mark the flange and had a vib upon take off.

I switched it 180 and it was fine.

I never had to angle mine, not to say it was 100 percent correct. If you look at the mount it is straight if I recall.

Fit some washers over the bolt and test it before you buy or make a bracket.

No need to angle it. I have my CB dropped 3/4 of an inch. I Picked up some electrical 3/8 channel washers from Home Depot. They're 1/4 thick and 1.25x1.25 square so they have a lot of support area. More then a stack of washers. I find a link to them or a picture of them.
