I have a 2015 Tacoma 4wd ,had a blowout and changed the tire but there was a small T handle allen wrench the style with the hole in the center, the curved handle says when straightened during use it exerts 4.5 NM of force . It looks about a 3 or 4 mm in size and was stuffed in the bundle of tire changing tools under the rear seat. What the heck is it for? Please.

All the usual diesel truck mods- fuel system upgrade, programmer, CAI, intake manifold, 60MM stealth turbo
It might be for connecting the rods that you'd use to lower/ raise the spare tire.
