Got remote start installed with mobile drone.

I have to put the vehicle in reservation mode if I want remote start to work. When I park, put it in neutral, pull handbrake up, let off clutch and brake, remove the key (the truck stays on), and exit the truck. Once the last open door closes, the truck will lock itself and about 5 seconds later the engine will shut off.
When i'm ready to start the truck I have the choice of starting it with the OE key by pressing the lock button 3x or through the Drone app.

Using the OE remote, I am able to unlock, but once the door is opened the remote buttons no longer work. I wonder if this can be changed through tech stream.
The engine does not turn off when the door is opened like the automatics.

check video description from youtube link.

Yeah. Didn't want to take the risk and damage my current hood. But if anyone else wants to, let me know

Fits perfectly! 1" larger than stock in diameter, 31.6" as opposed to 30.6", 3.3% larger. 7.3" of sidewall as opposed to 6.8" so 7.4% more there as well. Exact same width. Doesn't rub anywhere even at full lock. I may have lost 1-2 mpg with these larger KO2s as opposed to the stock HT tires but I also removed the front spoiler / air dam so it's probably due to a combination of the two. The improved looks are worth it!

I really appreciate the love, guys!

It's just your typical spacer lift. 2" front, 1" rear. 285 KO2s. 1.25" Spidertrax. No rubbing. Sorry it's not something much cooler.

Any details on what starter and key bypass that was used? Is the drone feature required to start it simply from the oem keyfob?

Drone is not required. Check the YouTube link, I put the model and by pass info.

By pass is "Blade-al" looks like a compact flash card. That gets programmed and inserted into the main brain unit.

I love the simplicity on these. I think this is the slider I will go with.

Did the 1000 mile oil change today. Cost $89 at Tire Kingdom. After I use up the "free" dealer oil changes I might do these myself. Oh, had them check differential fluid and both were good.20170206_090640.jpg
