Hey guys. I bought the Trail Rider series rear bumper with swing out from CBI Offroad. It came with a huge bag of parts but no instructions. My question is specific to the swing out bearings.

It came with three bearings, a seal, and a cap.

What goes where? Two bearings on top or bottom? Where does the seal go?

Have you checked @CBI Offroad Fab 's website? They have PDF install instructions for their products.
